What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for monthly and annual subscriptions. For annual Agronomist plans or custom enterprise solutions, we can also arrange for bank transfers.
What does "user access" mean?
User access refers to the number of unique logins allowed for your farm account. Each person who needs to log in (e.g., farm owner, manager, worker entering timesheets) counts as one user. You can manage user roles and permissions within the platform.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees for our Essential, Standard, and Premium plans. The Agronomist plan includes custom onboarding as part of the annual fee. We provide documentation and email support to help all users get started.
